We have just been notified that you gave us a donation through our Ind. Charities of America websites. I want to personally take the time to say “THANK YOU!” from the greyhounds. Your donation is greatly appreciated. Currently our resources tell me, some of the kennel operators are killing 8-10 greyhounds a day because they have no place to send them once they’ve quit racing. We’re working so hard to save as many of these dogs as possible. This weekend we’re shipping over 20 greyhounds on a “haul” from Florida up to the East Coast to their new homes. These trips cost us $70 per dog to get them out of the kennel, pay the drivers and get then on their way. So you can see how much we appreciate your donation. If you’d like to be on my email list, with your permission I’d like to add you. Quarterly I send out our current newsletter telling everyone what we’re doing with their donations. I like to keep in touch with you all, myself, and let you know how the greyhounds are doing.
