STARBRIGHT represents a unique voice in the world of children’s healthcare. By bringing together medical professionals, entertainment industry leaders and technology experts who contribute their respective talents towards creating engaging media-based products, STARBRIGHT empowers children and adolescent living with a serious or chronic illness to overcome the many challenges they face daily. Our programs, offered free of charge, range form STARBRIGHT World a private online network with an active community of over 30,000 users, to interactive CD-ROM games covering topics on diabetes and asthma, as well as what to expect from common medical procedures.
Our goal is to improve the quality of life, and in many cases, the actual well-being of the child. Most importantly, we want to give them back their childhood.
